Mirna, boasting careers as a computer scientist, IP/corporate legal professional, strategic advisor, and business executive, brings over two decades of experience in pioneering technology and presiding over boards. Her expertise is vast, covering corporate entities and startups alike. During her tenure as the president and COO, she played a pivotal role in the growth of a significant AI and robotics firm. Leveraging her multidisciplinary background in law, business, and engineering, Mirna has successfully guided startups. By applying her wealth of experience, she devised winning corporate and intellectual property strategies that boost growth and lift business value. Besides, at the University Of Texas at Dallas, within the Innovation and Entrepreneurship division, Mirna disseminates her established techniques for constructing influential IP collections. Previously, as Senior Counsel and Global Strategy Manager at Texas Instruments, she supported the thriving $8 billion Analogue and Video Processing Divisions, negotiating and closing contracts with Fortune-100 corporations. Her decade of experience in hardware and software engineering encompass noteworthy contributions to projects at eminent organizations like NOAA (NEXRAD), Motorola Inc. (Bluetooth Engineer) and Nielsen Media Research (Mark II Project).
